Spread it: Our Blueberry Jam is a great all-rounder – spread it with peanut butter for a wonderful change or spread on fresh apple slices for a flavor explosion
Spoon it: Roll up into a freshly tossed crepe, dollop over natural yogurt or stir into oatmeal for a wonderful visual contrast.
Pair it: Brings great flavor contrast for blue cheeses such as Gorgonzola and Stilton, or Ricotta for a milder taste. Try with prosciutto and toasted almonds on crostini for a charcuterie fix.
Blend it: Brilliant as an easy cocktail base for gin-based flavors – add in a sprig of thyme, a touch of sparkling water and you’re all set!
Bake it: Create a fabulous flatbread pizza by spreading 3-4 tbsp on jam on a store-bought flatbread or pita. Top with crumbled goat cheese and caramelized red onions, plus a sprig of thyme or rosemary to taste. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400°, until the cheese is softened and the flatbread is crispy around the edges
