Ginger Citrus Sauce

Our vibrant sauce combines the lively brightness of pineapple and lime with the warming, slightly spicy complexity of ginger. It’s a sauce that dances on the palate — sharp yet smooth, sweet yet tangy, and always refreshing. Its versatility makes it a great partner for seafood, chicken and pork, as well as noodles and vegetables.

Marinade and Glaze it: a one-and-done flavor enhancer, the natural acidity from the citrus helps tenderize proteins, while the ginger infuses them with warmth and spice. Chicken, pork, shrimp, and salmon all take particularly well to this marinade. Allow the proteins to soak for at least 30 minutes — or overnight for a deeper flavor — before grilling, roasting, or pan-searing. Or, for a speedy supper, brush onto your grilling choice as you cook.

Stir-Fry it:  After quickly cooking your vegetables and protein, add the sauce toward the end to coat everything with a glossy, flavorful finish. It works beautifully with ingredients like bok choy, bell peppers, snap peas, mushrooms, and tofu.

Salad and Grain Bowl it: Our Ginger Citrus Sauce provides a bright, zippy dressing for salads or grain bowls. It’s particularly delicious over quinoa, farro, or rice with toppings like grilled chicken, edamame, shredded cabbage, avocado, and scallions. Use as a dressing for cold noodle salads, especially those featuring soba or rice noodles.

Top & Dip it: Super on the side or drizzled on top of dumplings, spring rolls, tempura, or popcorn shrimp.
