Zingy, sunny, and just the right amount of sweet—this apricot jam is here to brighten your day. Slather it on toast, swirl it into yogurt, or sneak it straight from the jar (we won’t tell).
Spread it: A lovely partner for warm croissants or stuffed French toast – dust lightly with powdered sugar. Ricotta and pistachios are great companions for more depth or a garnish!
Spoon it: Brush warm over fruit tarts, sponge cakes or cheesecakes for shine and flavor
Blend it: Stir into hot or iced black tea, or shake with bourbon, lemon juice and a splash of soda for a quick ‘n’ easy Apricot Smash
Pair it: Brilliant with Parmesan, Monterey Jack and a sharp cheddar. Complements hams beautifully too, so why not go for it with a sublime ham, cheddar and apricot toastie.
