Olive Grove Shells Pasta

A Little Olive Grove is crafting shells in small batches where our pasta is bronze die cut and air dried for optimal texture. Our pasta is made with pure semolina flour (durum wheat). We have invested in more traditional methods because we believe careful production and quality ingredients create a product worth sharing.
