Pedernales Texas Viognier 2025

It opens to a bold flavor of grapefruit, but this Viognier evolves to reveal honey notes after being open for a while. It actually brightens more the longer it's been open (but keeping it chilled). Ideal with savory pork ribs (Texas-style: heavily seasoned, without any sauce). It's been the best wine from Texas I've tasted so far.
